While Storage Choice takes precautions to provide a clean,
dry and secure environment to store your property, we are not
responsible for damage or loss to your goods from events beyond our
control, and most homeowners policies do not provide adequate
coverage for goods stored away from your residence. You should check
with your insurance carrier in regards to coverage. For those
reasons we offer you self storage insurance, a low-cost coverage
package designed specifically for your goods while stored in a
Storage Choice facility. Ask a Storage Choice
representative when renting storage.

Exclusions: Safestor does not provide coverage for jewelry, furs, watches, money, securities, documents or motorized vehicles, nor is there coverage for any loss resulting from war, flood, vermin or climate conditions like rust or mildew. See the Certificate of Insurance for a full explanation of the coverages. Burglary coverage applies only when there are visible signs of forced entry and is limited to 50% of the coverage amount.
